Dr. Banwait obtained her doctorate in chiropractic from Western States Chiropractic College, graduating with honors. Prior to that, she earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology from Simon Fraser University.

Parvinder Gill is a recent graduate of the Vancouver College of Massage Therapy (VCMT), completing his studies in December 2023. Before becoming a Registered Massage Therapist, Parvinder was deeply involved in athletics, particularly as a high-school basketball coach. His passion for sports extended beyond coaching, as he also played soccer at an elite level, where he achieved the remarkable accomplishment of winning the U21 provincial championship.
Drawing from his diverse experiences as both an athlete and a coach, Parvinder aims to help others with pain management and physical well-being. He hopes to apply his massage therapy expertise to assist athletes in recovering from injuries and maintaining their physical health. Parvinder understands the physical demands placed on athletes and is passionate about helping them overcome challenges, enhance performance, and prolong their careers. His goal is to empower not only athletes but also the general public by promoting a healthy, active lifestyle through body maintenance and injury prevention.

Janson Lai, a second-generation traditional Chinese medical practitioner, grew up in Taiwan, where he was immersed in the ancient healing practices from a young age. Inspired by his father’s work, Janson developed a deep appreciation for traditional Chinese medicine.
In 2003, Janson obtained his diploma as a Practitioner of Traditional Chinese Medicine and has since become a licensed Acupuncturist and Herbalist. While primarily practicing in Canada, he has continued his education in Hong Kong, Taiwan, and the United States, expanding his knowledge and honing his skills.
Janson has achieved remarkable success in treating a wide range of conditions, including sports injuries, musculoskeletal and neurological disorders, mental-emotional issues, internal diseases, and reproductive problems. He firmly believes that optimal health is achieved through balance, both in one’s life and within the body. Collaboration with other practitioners is essential to developing customized treatment plans for his patients.

Bableen Parmar is a dedicated Registered Kinesiologist with a Bachelor’s degree in Kinesiology from the University of British Columbia. Specializing in neuromechanical and physiological sciences, she has developed a strong foundation in biomechanics, motor control, and exercise physiology. Her academic background has equipped her with the knowledge and skills necessary to help individuals achieve their health and wellness goals.
In her professional role, Bableen works closely with ICBC patients, designing personalized exercise programs aimed at restoring function, alleviating pain, and enhancing overall well-being. She takes pride in understanding each patient’s unique needs, delivering targeted care that supports their recovery journey. Her approach emphasizes the importance of exercise as a powerful tool for healing, helping her patients regain their strength and confidence.
